Our turbochargers are remanufactured on our premises and, in common with all our remanufactured auto parts, undergo rigorous computerised testing to assure performance to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.

We source replacement turbo parts from leading turbocharger part suppliers. We are official agents for Melett, a quality award winning company, who supply parts to the trade for remanufacturing and repair of turbo models originally manufactured by Garrett, Holset (Cummins Turbo Technologies), Borg Warner (Schwitzer & 3K), MHI (Mitsubishi), Komatsu, Toyota, IHI & Hitachi.

We have access to Melett's cataloguing and technical data service with over 25,000 detailed turbo build sheets and service data to help with our reconditioning service and find the required parts in old core to supply you with the turbocharger you require.

Using our team of qualified engineers we can supply you with a remanufactured turbocharger for your vehicle.
All remanufactured turbochargers are rebuilt & balanced at speeds of upto 200.000 rpm with our VSR balancing machine.
All variable geometry turbochargers(VNT)are set on our flow bench to ensure correct air flow through the turbocharger at various speeds.This eliminates problems with overboost etc.
